What are the thoughts of those on here about Oakley?

For me he has been an unsung hero this season also, he seems to be at times showing some great form.
However, I don't go to as many games as most on here, so I would like to know if my opinion is correct on the whole?

In the games i've been too (75%+ including away matches) he's been one of the top 3 players in most games imo. On saturday i thought he was the outstanding player on the pitch even though matty got the goals and the plaudits.

I think he's finally starting to show the form that we all thought we'd get when we signed him. I think berner being pushed into the middle has helped oakley get forward more.

I think him, tunchev and fryatt are vital to the team and getting promotion.

took the captin role very well IMO ,he's been better when playing more to the right hand side than though the middle

Championship class at the very minimum.

A key player for us now and since the start of the season.

Okish in the middle...I thought he was superb at Scunny on the right though. I said he should have been captain last season.

If we lose Mr. Fryatt in a transfer to another club in the not too distant future we could be looking at an attacking Midfielder to start scoring more goals.

Mr. Oakley could possibly be worthwhile at this role. Or somebody else.
