Anyone really that bothered about the 10yr anniversary of 'Definately Maybe'?
Apart from the fact it means that over half the households in England have a picture of Steve Walsh celebrating the 2nd goal against Derby in the Play Off Final, I don't care. Oasis set their mission statement out within a minute of the start of the album in "Rock N Roll star", within 6 months they'd done it and then didn't really know where to go. Whats The Story is good but then nothing for about 8 years.
Definately Maybe is a classic but all this coverage is a bit over the top IMO. Does anyone really care about them now?
