Which is the best one to use?

I have previously used iWeb which is part of Halifax, but wondered if there was any other options to suit my criteria:

- Must be online
- Don't want advice or any **** talking at me
- Wanna be able to log on and study AIM when I want
- Accept small purchases (£50 ish)
- User friendly interface
