Apparantly mobile phone contracts have a "materially adverse" get out clause, in that if they change costs on your mobile contract you can cancel your contract at no cost. Orange have just informed me they are increasing the costs of any non inclusive minutes and texts on my cotnract, does anyone know whether this constitutes a breach and what their stance is on it? I have used a similar tactic in the past to cancel a broadband contract when they raised the price, but not Orange.
