when i started work at Lloyds TSB, they forced me to open a current account here (arseholes!)

and i like my HSBC one, so i've been juggling my money between the two

and lo, just after xmas i went over my limit at Lloyds for 5 days by £100, so the ****s charged me £125

twats

now i phoned them up, nothing doing

i'm going to walk into the branch and tell them to get ****ed tmr

i walked into HSBC previously and asked them to remove charges and they did so on the spot...

Aye but if you start hassling them cannot they withdraw your overdraft thus leaving you up Shitcreek without a paddle?

not a problem for me, i have another current account, i don't want this one

by the looks of it, there is a test case to resolve the legality

will let you know how i get on tmr lunch time

Many banks wont do anything with charges at the mo whilst the test case is going through the courts.

I suspect it is because DV is considered sub-prime

I would have thought a rich contractor like you would not have an overdraft. :102:
