He was only a reserve at Bradford towards the end of last season because he was dropped after refusing to sign a new contract, it was nothing to do with his performances on the field. They knew he was leaving so they gave someone else a chance..

I know a Bradford fan (I've never met the other one) and he rates Henderson. He said that we got a good keeper when we signed him. Rab Douglas is not just bad, he is worse than awful. Henderson deserves a fair crack of the whip.

Been better than earlier in the season, but Henderson has been superb, even if his kicking is a little dodge. More than likely he will be 1st choice from now on me thinks, unles RK holds him in the same esteem as CL did.

Thats a bit unfair, he had some good shot stops, but the way I always look at a save is 'would I of been dissapointed if he hadn't of saved it' and I think all of the svae he made at Cardiff come under that catagory.

Hendo, could be another peggy a really good keeper when called upon as a number 2 keeper but maybe not so good playing week in week out

I think both Rab and Hendo are very good shot stoppers, in fact probably as good as any keeper in this league, however I feel both are poor when it comes to decision making, this leads to panic in the defence, TBH given a sustained run in the side Hendo would be no better than Rab.

We have IMO 2 keepers who are both competent, but fail to inspire confidence throughout the defence, you can see decisions are being made by the back 4 based on whether Rab may make a mistake, it seems to cause panic. As for Hendo he is great at shot stopping and is quicker off his line but looks poor on crosses, neither inspire the confidence that previous keepers have.

Agree with you 100% there. I also think that we have been spoilt with our previous keepers, Walker, Flowers, Keller etc and we use those keepers to judge our curent ones on. Also consider that the above keepers were premiership quality too. Our current two are not
