PC Game: Sam and Max

anyone heard or played this:

i last played it a good 6 years ago, when a nighbour brough it round. All i remember was it was about these detective who were animal characters and they searched for two missing circus clowns.

anyone know anywhere that sells it?

There's a new version being developed, I think the only place you can get the old version is on ebay, several copies available at the moment.

a tenner for me is expensive! the bid on prices can go up to 20 pound.

a mate gave me the CDs for monkey island years ago, i found them last week and tried to install the game but my laptop wont let me!!

is there anything i can download that will allow me install them

Was monkey island the one where you couldnt save (certainly on the amiga) so you had to go right from the start everytime?

If you have XP you can set it to run the game in win98 or 95 mode, which should work
