Mitchell said October/November when he was on Test Match Special.

Not sure about this though, the last 2 series have been poor, contrary to what I said a few posts back the first 3 were ****ing hilarious, but it's becoming stale and predictible, I'm hoping they end it soon before they go too far and ruin it's greatness a la the Simpsons.

First episode of Series 6 is at 10pm tonight.

It was okay, nothing great. It didn't exactly hold my attention though.
Ended up having a conversation about Harry Potter while it was on, which probably sums up how interesting it was.

Pretty much this, it's still a good show, but not the great show it once was. The "men in ven" line was funny though.

Yeah, that's pretty much the same for me. Enjoyed it, but it's not a patch on how good it used to be.

The first episode of a new series is often not as good as the rest.

Any comedy series is like that IMO because they have to set to shoehorn a storyline within it. Basically what's happened with the characters since the last series.

The bits with Mark making his 'advance' on Dobbie were great. 'Gerrard is like churchill while me and Dobbie are Roosevelt and Stalin' etc.

This series really has been mediocre so far, gone right off thee boils this show, they need to end it before it loses all its romantasism a la the Simpsons.
