If you don't do it I'm going to, and tell him you're a bit of a sad case with no friends, that this is the only way you can get real people to talk to you, and it would be good for the club to do something to help people like you

Problem is. This could demotivate players. In some ways it is like booing the players and I like to do my booing on this messageboard, but would not boo the players at the match, so I would not like to contribute to this if it was passed onto the club.
