Given that the fans player of the year vote is now open, who would get your vote?

Last season Howard ran away with it iirc. This year I think any of 5 or 6 could win it.

Anyway, Has to be Jack "big as a baby's arm" Hobbs for me.

I couldn't make my mind up between people like Hobbs, Morrison, Berner, King, Dyer etc. So in the end I just voted Weale.

Weale or King for me. I voted for the latter.

It's a shame Fryatt got injured because I think he may have walked it.

Yeah, I should've mentioned that Fryatt would've easily taken it for me up to his injury. He really was fantastic in the second third of this season.

Ignoring the Derby moment, it has to be Weale for me, although there have been huge contributions from just about everyone else (with a couple of exceptions).

The very fact that you could make a case for at least seven (Weale, Hobbs, Mozza, Bruno, Kingy, Wellens, Fryatt), if not more of these, shows you how good a season we have had and how good a job Pearson continues to do.

Hobbs. I love him. It was one particular afternoon in Swansea where we were doggo. Morrison and McGiven couldn't handle their wingers. Brown all over the shop and Weale having one of his low confidence spells. Hobbsy kept it together at the back, love them slide tackles he does. Did one to his mate Anderson against Forest - beauty. Improves that passing and Liverpool will regret selling him!

Hard to choose for me between Hobbs, Berner, King (has really won me over this season), Wellens and Weale. I'll think about it.

Oh wait its obvious. Its Yann!

I had king with hobbs as young player on the official one I think, but it might be the other way round.

Definitely Hobbs for me, been amazing for the whole season. Probably go for Morrisson as young player. He has developed as a player so much this season!!

OK having thought about it i've gone for Hobbs, due to the fact out of those listed above he has been the most consistent over the season, and has put in numerous key performances

Berner has been missing alot, even if when he has played he has been excellent,King had a slow start to the season, Wellens has had a couple of bad spells of form and Weale has made the odd error etc. All have had great seasons, but Hobbs has been the most consistent. Also I dunno why Waghorn is being mentioned as player of the season, as he didn't start playing well until around November imo.

You weren't at Bristol City at home I take it?

Hobbs is a pornstar.

If Berner hadn't had two spells on the sideline cos of injuries I would've voted for him, as it is, Hobbs gets it. Apart from a handful of mistakes-which all players make throughout the season- he has been a rock at the back for us.

I don't do the offical votey thing cos I do mine for the SC awards(goddammit sort a date out!) and that's who I put down yesterday when I filled my form out.

It was more difficult choosing the goal of the season tbh but I eventually went for Waghorn's second against QPR t'other week.

For goal of the season I went Waggy at Cov, snorting volley and we went ****ing mental when it flew in. You can usually judge the quality of a goal by the injuries picked up in the celebration and my neck hurt for a week after that.
