After such a poor season, who do you think deserves the 'Fans player of the season' award?

I think although he massively underachieved this season, David Connolly would be my choice.

I think the award should be held in abeyance. None of them deserve it and no player worth his pride would accept the plaudit of being the best of this sorry bunch.

Put the money saved from the cancelled ceremony into CL's transfer fund.

Why would the have a ceremony that lost money? At £500 a table and with about 70 tables I think they should be alright.

I voted for Dion, he started poorley but has improved to become someone who it looks like we can't do without.

A rare (these days) moment of wisdom on this forum.

it should got to the fans. for the shit that we have had to put up with at home. but realistically i think tiatto has been the best out of a mediocre performing bunch.

fat matt for hanging up his boots after a fantastic spell with us

Without doubt there can't be an argument on this. The player of the season no question has to be MDV, for making David Connolly feel like Ronaldo.

Stearman for playing well in every game he has played. If not then Maybury, for all those that think Dublin has been our player of the year, why are we still conceeding crap goals from set pieces? If Dublin has nothing to do with this then who has?

The coaching staff? The decision makers? Whoever decides Dublin's a CB for most of the year?

Sorry to bring this up again as I did last year but Ian Walker has played his part in the results of late. I know City fans love him for some reason but watch him on corners and free kicks, rubbish. Will he oversee his 3rd relegation in City colours? let's hope not.

I have to agree with you...Wish that Taylor was still here :-(

From that choice, Connolly. Consistent all season, where as Dublin was shocking for the first half. DC is easily our most talented player, he has been hampered this season by some of our appalling play and an inept midfield. If we can get ourself sorted next season he will score for fun. His tally of goals is now reasonable and if only half of his chances that have hit woodwork had gone in hed have scored 16 or 17

It has to be Lars Hirschfeld...

At least he's not done anything wrong...

Please tell me that's irony.
