Could I request some feedback on individual performances please (as I didn't go to the game). I always enjoy reading through the ratings. Particularly interested to know peoples thoughts on Jarrett, Johnson, Yeates, Horsefield and the brief appearance of Glombard.

Thanks

Yes.

Jarrett and Johnson were excellent (in killing Ipswich's game and getting forward themsleves. Hume and Horse ran for everything but both missed good chances. Porter was the most effective attacking player. Yeates shows the most skill though - the corner with Porter was really classy. McAuley was mostly composed in defence and brought the ball out well. Kis did some great positional work late in the game but slipped around a lot in the first half. Nisse did some good work going forward but got caught out badly once defending. Maybury was the epitome of the ugly play - niggling the whole match but doing his job as effectively as I've seen him play this season. Hendo only had one real save to make - flapped alarmingly at crosses but his kicking was genuinely good. Glombard's role when he came on was mainly to just take the ball down to the corner flag, so too early to say what he can do.

MotM - McAuley, just. But Johnson comes close, not just because of how he personally played but also because of how he ordered the side around.

Good work! Barber was insistant AJ had a stinker.

AJ was almost entirely destructive as a player. Most of his play was blocking and diving over innocuous challenges to gain undeserved free-kicks - although when we were pushing he took that deeper role and passed the ball wide quickly. But I reckon he did most to bring this side together as a team - really shouting as to where people should be. I was impressed.

JB (

) reckoned that AJ had the worst game ever in a Leicester shirt, so I'm guessing he must have had a good game.

Henderson 6
Maybury 6
Kisnorbo 6
McAuley 8
Johansson 7
Porter 7
Jarrett 7
Johnson 8
Hume 6
Horsefield 6

What? AJ was excellent!!!

Heard mixed reviews now from a number of people so I'll believe when I see it

Some people had him as MOM against Luton, whereas I thought he played like a complete prick.........

great so when he plays wank JB says he played amazing, then when he does well he reckons he played crap. he really is a wanker, i wonder if anyone rings in this week and says he played well and gets shouted at.
