Walker 7 - Had fook all to do in the second half.

Kenton 7 - Good solid debut. Was eager to get forward
Heath 6 - Still looks like Bambi on ice, however did ok.
Dabizas 7 - Getting better, good display.
Maybury 7 - Is he better on the left ?? Well he's certainly no worse than Jordan Stewart.

Gillespie 7 - He tries too hard sometimes, and tries to do things too quickly. Had a good game.
Nalis 6 - Preferred to Hughes I think purely on match fitness, I would have played Hughes personally.
Williams 8 - MOTM Excellent game, balls in were good, passes were spot on. Gareth Williams is our friend, he hates Forest :-D
Tiatto 6 - Wasn't at his best today.

De Vries 5 - Needs to stay on his feet and stop going down like a sack of spuds.
Connolly 5 - I'm still convinced he will come good, but I am beginning to get frustrated with him.

Walker 7 - did ok but his kicking and distribution is a bit suspect.

Kenton 7.5 - played really well on his debut. rode a few tough challenges and got stuck in.

Dabizas 5.5 - would of prefered to see the new lad given ago ahead of dabs.

Heath 6 - Did ok, needs to work on his strength in the air and not stopping to appeal for offside.

Maybury 6 - prefer him on the right but played well.

Gillespie 7 - played well, lacks abit of confidence to run at the defenders.

Williams 8 - MOTM got stuck in, some good cross field passes and was unlucky not to score.

Nalis 6 - not as good as i have seen him this season but did ok.

Tiatto 6 - wasnt at his best, but works his heart out for the team.

De Vries 4 - started well with a good shot on goal. but as i have said before he is woeful in the air for a big man.

Connolly 3 - Runs his heart out when attacking but gives up way to easily and doesnt chase back for the ball. Maybe dropping him will give him that kittle bit more motivation required.

Wright 5 - Needs to be given a longer run in the team in place of Connolly to see what he can do. I still dont understand why he is such a crowd favourite as he hasnt done anything yet. Is it just because he is a local lad?.

Hughes 5 - Needs longer than 5mins to make an impact, i would of liked to have ssen him come on for the last half hour in place of Nalis.

I think we missed Joey in midfield.

Walker 8.5 MOTM
Kenton 7
Dabizas 7
Heath 5
Maybury 8
Gillespie 7
Williams 8
Nalis 6
Tiatto 7.5
De Vries 4
Connolly 0.1 on scale of 1-10 because I'm not sure if I can give him 0

Wright 3 had long enough but didnt touch the ball I don't rate him at all
Hughes 3 didnt have enought ime to make an impact and don't think he really touched the ball either

 I cant believe that nearly everybody has said the Connolly had a worse game than MDV! IMO connolly had a solid game, linked well with the midfield and never stopped running. MDV on the other hand jumped up more times and missed the ball than both keepers for Arsenal have all season.

Walker: 6 - Stopped a couple of free kicks and apart from that had nothing to do.

Maybury: 6 - Had a good game, provided good support up front and played well at the back. Not sure about the left hand side though

Heath: 5- Decent performance, but still worry when he has the ball at his feet.

Dabizas: 5 - Same as Heath.

Kenton: 6 - Played well for his debut and hopefully he will stay fit.

Tiatto
: 6 Looked good in the first half, seemed to disappear in the second.

Nalis: 5 - He doesnt seem strong enough for the Championship and doesnt win enough tackles. Some nice passes second half though.

Williams: 8 (MOTM) Had one of his best games for us so far, never stopped running and was unlucky not to score a goal (oh how sweet it would have been). just hope it wasn't a one off against his old team and starts to play like that every week.

Gillespie: 7 - Had a very good game, always looked dangerous (who wouldnt against Rogers! :D )

De Vries: 4 - Worst game so far, seemed to have no pace and was non existant in the air.

Connolly: 6 - Had a solid game and linked well with the midfield, just needs to take his chances straight away instead or trying to do too much.

Subs

Wright
: 4 - Seemed to run about a lot without touching the ball

Hughes: - Cant judge him on only four minutes, should have been brought on with Wright to allow him to have an impact on the game.

Walker 6.5 Some dodgy early kicking. Bet he got bloomin cold in the second half with nowt to do
Kenton 7 Looks a good aquisition
Dabizas 7 Ok But still gives me the jitters when he tries to dribble the ball out
Heath 7 Some good tackles put in , but not everyones cup of tea!
Maybury 7 did very well on the left and got the odd cross in with his left foot.
Gillespie 6.5 Take em on Keith and stop coming inside so much.
Nalis 6 A bit of a mixed bunch from Tarzan, put in some quality crossfield balls
Williams 8 Starting to show his class, looked good if only he could have scored !!
Tiatto 6 Sometimes he tries too hard. Could he have headed their goal away better
MDV 5 started brightly but soon got frustrated. We don't like stroppy players Mark, so buck up or the Stewart haters might turn on you.
Connolly 5 Now he's not even hitting the woodwork!! What is it with this guy. Is he a midfielder or a forward? Needs to make his mind up and start scoring fast

Subs
Ooh Tommy 5 Was he on the pitch
Hughes should have had at least half an hour

Overall it was a good team performance, just couldn't put the ball in the bloody net. The stats say 44 crosses, 40 bloody 4. one every 2 minutes, 19 efforts at goal. Sadly nothing in the ol onion bag. Where are these goals going to come from????

is that the Dunton Bassett Arms? My uncle is a chef there.

Maybe it stands for Dave Bassetts Arse?

Looks like most of the team did OK apart from the Strikers obviously.Plenty of low marks for the two of them.Mind you Homer has always said he'd like to give Connolly 1,on Saturday he got his wish.

What I actually said was that Connolly needs a damn good f*ckin'
And he does
