What a shock !

McCarthy was dreadful, and should have been sent off, but De Vries was worst and he didn't even kick or try and kill any of their players.

i agree with everything you said nottingham, mdv was terrible even by his standards :?

The Naughty one went for a weekend away, my first away game for ages, wish we had stayed in the pub!

Hirshfeld - 5, CL Do NOT sign him, bring back pieman, nuff said.
Maybury - 6, got forward but below par.
Kenton - 6, stupid mistake to let them hit the post, but covered quite well.
McCarthy - 3, plonker, great potential but completely lost the plot.
Sheehan - 7, good debut.
Hughes - 6, tried but couldn't do it all on his own.
Gudjonnson - 5, back to the same old.
Stewart - 6, if he could only take the ball with him now and again, looked lively.
Moore - 4, just didn't take his chance to impress
Connolly - 6, played well, but again played as a midfielder to cover rather than a forward.
De Vries - 0, feck off, could have played 10 from the start.

Subs: Heath - 5, Dublin - 5, Stearman - 5

Fans 6, pretty dissapointed really, was like being at home. No matter how hard we tried to keep the singing going it went flat too many times. I think the season had just caught up with us.
'we heard you ran from the pirates' was class though

Plymouths website reporting we took 1,946, and we took the most away fans to their ground in a League game this season. I thinks thats great !!

I know it was last game of season and all that, but it was still a long fooking way to go, and expensive if you stopped over.

I think the problem yesterday was, usually there is a gang, who site at the back in the middle, that sing all game and get everyone else singing. But they were either not there or dotted around, so couldn't keep the songs going.

Never much of an atmosphere when it's an early kick off. Probably something to do with the lack of drinking time.

Yeah, i suppose that had something to do with it. No one was hammered !!

Apart from one guy down at the front of me with 'The Livingston Fox' flag, he looked like he had drank a few :-D

Yep, no time for 'hair of the dog' so a few sore heads if you went down for the weekend.
Did not mean to come over as if I was putting us fans down, bloody good turn out for the distance and the quality we have seen this season we were bound to be weary.

Bloody rubbish the lot of them! The only excitement was running 'a book' on whether Macarthy got sent off for renacting all the Rambo films before Levein could sub him!
After Lars fourth goal kick into the stands I was thinking kind thoughts about what a good job Pressman could do for us at this level!
If you were being generous it was a 'nothing' game, they all had contracts tucked into their back pockets, nobody wanted to risk serious injury by being committed to tackles etc.
The truth was long before half-time most of the fans all around the ground had lost the will to live.
Still I saw my family in my birth place, so had not had a wasted journey and weekend!
This time next year we'll be Premier League, and not second! I want a cup next time!
