City were part of the top four the last time noneof the current "big four" finished there. It was in 1963, Everton followed by Spurs, Burnley and the (I think) double-chasing City side.

Although Liverpool and Utd need to take most of the credit for the big four's record, since at least on of them has finished in the top two in 33 out of the last 36 seasons.
 
How many times have they actually finished in the top 4 or top 6 ish though?

i know they finished runners-up in 1929, and 3rd either the season after or before, but FM only tells you the top 3 on the records page ;) and i didnt memorise the season by season page they have (lack of fandom, i know...)
