The players do need to look at themselves but the man who signs and plays them is where it should stop. Why has Hughes consistently been in the team? Why has Maybury been in the team? What did Nissa do to be dropped? What has Glombard (who was almost instantly shipped out), Horsefield, Newton, Yeates, Low, Jarrett etc added to the team that has been good?!?!?!

Kelly wouldn't know a good signing if it smacked him in the face...the only good one he made was McCauley and even that was in the pipeline while Levein was here.
