Aye mainly because we played against weak opposition,I wouldn't read too much into Pre Season Results although winning is a good habit.We could have played against 1 or 2 slightly stronger sides..i.e a Premier League side.

yes i know HF but we played weak oppostion last pre-season and we did lose some of them

I'd have expected us to have remained unbeaten because of the lack in quality of our opposition. So no, IMO it won't be the start of anything "good" this season.

Maybe we played weak opposition so that we had a fair chance of remaining unbeaten..then we might shift a few more Seson tickets.Or is that too cynical a view ?

you mite be right , it could have been to lift the players too get them in the right frame of mind
