Leicester City can confirm behind-closed-doors pre-season friendlies against Birmingham City and Sheffield Wednesday as part of their preparations for the 2020/21 season.
First up for Brendan Rodgers’ side will be a visit to Championship side Birmingham City on Wednesday 26 August, with the fixture taking place over 120 minutes at the Blues’ training ground from 1pm.
The trip to the West Midlands will be followed by a further fixture against fellow Championship team Sheffield Wednesday, which will be played at Loughborough University Stadium on Saturday 29 August, kicking off at midday.
Multi-camera coverage of each game will be available on LCFC TV, with pre and post-match build-up also provided live from the LCFC TV studio team at King Power Stadium, as the Foxes look to sharpen their skills ahead of the Premier League curtain-raiser in September.
Both games will be played behind closed doors due to COVID-19, so in the interests of safety, supporters are kindly asked to support their team by following live through LCFC TV and not gather at any of the venues.
