So after a decent week 8, I am just £450.00 up but need to place one bet of £512!

This means at start of play I am £62 down and here are the possible outcomes:

Chelsea v Man City odds for a draw are 2.50

So...

If Chelsea and Man City draw I'll win £1280 and be £1730.00 up

If Chelsea win or lose, I'll lose £512.00 and be £62 down! (and also have to fork out a whopping £1024 next week!)
