Do you score a bonus point for every 10pts in a set of predictions

i.e

A score of 8 = 0 bonus points
A score of 10 = 1 bonus point
A score of 19 = 1 bonus point
A score of 20 = 2 bonus points.

Just wondered as i won my match in wk 19 with a bonus point, but still went down in the lge.
