Ok, Where we gonna finish? Answers on a postcard please!
Confident that we'll improve on last year's finish as we have a far more capable manager now, who knows how to motivate his players.

Reckon we'll flirt with playoffs and maybe just sneak it. Gonna be tough though. The key is the midfield, If Kelly can get this right then Hume and Fryatt have a 40 goal partnership in 'em this season. That's top 6 material, all that's left is to stop conceding from set piecies!

Reckon Brum, West Brom and Leeds will be up there next season, as long as we finish above Cov scum and the shaggers I'll be happy!

Can't wait for the Luton game live over here in Bangkok!

With you on that one, pre-season is just a glorious training session to get the players fit. The fact they are winning is a bonus as it will give them a positive for start of a new campaign. Fryatt & Hume link up as well as they did at the end of last season then I'll be happy.

I suppose thats my point, they arent.

Who have thought that O'Grady and Elvis would be the partnership shining in pre-season considering how woeful Elvis was last season

But you said we would be relegated by the 16th of September ( the Sunderland away game).:018: :018: :018: ;)

But since then we have had convincing pre season wins against Division 2 opposition...so I'm feeling optimistic...

We will not score enough goals..simple as.

I half agree with you, the midfield and defenders have really got to score their share this season.

This prediction shit's getting boring now, can't wait for the season to start so everybody shuts the F up, as none of know what's going to happen FFS

And who in our midfield can score goals this season ? instead of getting more and more Centre Halves in,a place where we were covered enough IMO, we should have got a goalscoring midfielder and an experienced Centre Forward in.We might not conceed many but I don't believe we will score many...hope I'm wrong.
Why do people think Hammond is suddenly going to becopme a Goal Machine this season? he's scored a couple against Divison 2 opposition:102:

Ignoring Melton's plea for silence, I hope our defence will be a lot tighter than last season, then we don't have to score so many ( like in the year we went up under MA ). I think an experienced CF may have been considered, but Fryatt and Hume are those in possesion, and I think we have to give them a fair crack of the whip - also with the money at our disposal, would we really have got someone who could have guaranteed us 15 goals - I don't think so. As I said, the midfied and defence must contribute more this season.

the keeper, groundsman, kitman & tealady are gonna need to chip in as well

& us, the fans. Don't forget, "we're in it together"

I think if we can keep the squad together then with a fair wind we could be there or thereabouts for paly0ffs. My woory is that if the likes of kisnorbo, hulme & fryatt start like they finished we will lose them - and then all bets are off.
