Interesting one on the wall at free kicks I read it as you must to have a wall in place with at least 3 players, that should leave the attacking side with several spare men.
Is that not just the definition of what they deem a “wall”, for the purposes of preventing attackers being part of it. My reading of it was that if the defending team only had 2 players stood there, they wouldn’t consider it a wall and therefore an attacker could stand within 1 metre of the wall (that isn’t actually a “wall”).
 
Why has the Mirror chosen to label these as Premier League changes when they are changes to the Laws of the Game and apply at every level?

And why can't Kasper touch the goalpost before he faces a penalty any longer? Does it really matter? Will he be allowed to check for holes in the back of the net?
