If Benalouane is not in the list is he going out on loan, or having his contract terminated by mutual consent?

I read in the Mercury that he is still injured, ( back problem), and they are working to get him fit, when that happens a decision will be made as to his future.

He can't go on loan in the UK, not sure about abroad.

I can't get my head around leaving out Benny. Why not include him? It can't be anything serious or disciplinary as he played against Sheff Utd this week.

On the other hand, it may be a seriously big show of confidence in Elliott Moore who is getting increasingly positive reviews about his progress.

That's eight players we've added to the first team squad since January. Amartey, Gray. Zieler, Hernandez, Mendy, Musa, Kapustka, Slimani.

Out over the same period have gone: Schwarzer, De Laet, Moore, Konchesky, Dyer, Inler, Kante, Kramaric, Hammond.

With the exception of losing Kante, that's a very good ending to the Steve Walsh era.

Re UEFA website - Man City's list got a mention about an hour ago on Radio 2 as Yaya Toure not in their 25 apparently

Elliot Moore not getting a rave report from a City fan I spoke to at the game on Tuesday night. In a recent game the under 23's played we lost 3 goals which were all his fault apparently.
