Help!

Just bought a PS3 on my lunch break, back at work now so not opened it up, but i have some questions!

How would i transfer Pro Evo data from a PS2 memory card on to my PS3?

With the PS3 having a hard drive is there such a thing as a PS3 memory card?

Do ps2 memory cards fit in to PS3's?

The PS3 has digital memory card slots and USB slots. You need some form of adapter I can find out what if you wish.

YOu can transfer files from the pcC via these methods.

You need to create an memory card on the PS3 hard drive it does not use PS2 accessories.

Got it home, plugged it in and the sony screen comes up then a red screed with lots of different languages in, the English bit saying:

A serious error has occured, please contact user support

Its going straight back to Currys in the morning for a new one!!! :icon_evil

You'd be better off with a 360 mate.

Do you know someone called Deaf_raiders as he is in this PGO clan.

360 = breakage on a large scale, not heard off many PS3 going pop

Got another one first thing Saturday morning, rushed home to set it all up and the second one did not work either though was a different fault to the first PS3! :icon_evil

Back to Currys for a third time, only this time the toys were well and truly out the pram, made them get another one out and load it up on one of their display tv's and show it me working, which it did! :icon_lol:

Sure that you were setting it right

Not heard anyone have 2 consoles out of the box and have any problems
