I'm not even sure what it is there for. There are already buttons for replying with or without a quote.

It doesn't work for me either but does anybody know what it is supposed to do?

I asume it allows you to post without being taken away from the page - you cant do things like smilies or bold/italics etc but its quicker.

It's utter shit - don't use it.

its useful when it functions correctly, saves you having to click before you type your reply, saves a lot of time.
