One of the best DJ's has sadly passed away at the age of 65. May I just say how muched I enjoyed his contribution to enhancing the musical scene of which I cherish so much.

Sad news

I must say that I enjoyed John Peels presenting style more than his DJing. But some of the bands that I have listened to over the years would probably have found life alot harder without him.

Strange that he was there when Lee Harvey Oswald was shot and one of the bands he gave a leg up was The Jack Rubys.

Also the man that put the non-obstruction rule into Room 101. Good on you.

RIP John Peel.
