Record shops in Hinckley

Anyone know of any good record shops in Hinckley?
I want to buy something that's unlikely to be available from Woolies/Smiths etc, just wondering whether it's worth going into town for it or whether I should order online.


I've lived here over a year but the only time I've ventured into the town centre has been to go to the opticians :icon_roll

When I worked there was a place called Record Box or summat. Whenever we could find a cd they wanted in Smiths, we always suggested going to there.

It used to be just along the road from where McDonalds is, must be at least 10 years ago when I last went in there though.

There is an excellent second hand record shop on Queens road, at the top near the entrance to the park. They open funny times though.

I thought the prices weren't that bad. They are very good for geting limited edition stuff ( signed gatefold sleeves, extra vinyl singles with different B sides, etc. ).

The singles section is better than any other site I have seen.

Might be good for more obscure stuff, but the one I want is £12.99 + £1.82 delivery from there, £8.99 delivered from the cheaper online stores like HMV and CD Wow.
