I'll always remember he had the 2 lads in his office (live on local tv) to apologise to them and they admitted that he was right - then he got them to kiss him on the cheek...

Imagine if Micky or any other modern football manager asked you to kiss him on the cheek... you'd run a mile wouldn't ya?
