If any of you are heading off to the game tonight, I would allow some extra time.

There was a major accident on the M6 just after Stoke last night, and the road is still closed. Traffic is queing back into Stoke with the junction to the A500 which is the round-about where the ground is, on top of this there will be 14,000 football fans on the way to the game.

I suggest you check with the AA's website (www.theaa.co.uk) and use their route planner, it warns you of traffic incidents and will give you a new route (i think). Happy Traveling
