Im no royalist and the ridiculousness of the last few days was grating but I personally thought the entire day was handled exceptionally.

Some incredible work from those pall bearers and a genuinely emotional last service.

Of course it was, they've spent millions on it, with the intention of sustaining this ridiculous pavlovian response from the public for as long as possible. It wasn't going to be a day on the piss down the nottingham oddfellows club was it?

Word on the street is that William has just offered to fight Harry in the carpark of the flat roof pub they're having the wake in. Something to do with taking more than a fair share of the pickled onions.

I agree, fair play too organise that in ten days or whatever it was.

Now, be honest, those who watched it, tell me who else thought "don't drop it!" when the pall bearers began carrying the coffin?

"organise that in ten days"?

That will have been planned for years and years. And years. And even more years.

Organisation may be planned years in advance , but the actual training of the armed forces in their role, far from it .

Liz "I'll do anything and say anything as long as I'm on the winning side" Truss, everybody.
Another leader with no actual ideology or genuine values.

Changes direction with the wind does Liz.

Needless to say, it didn’t go well..
It didn't sound to go too well at Tottenham on Saturday either. R5L had to mute it. Was it our lot or theirs?

Theirs apparently. Noise followed by fans shouting "you fackin cant" to drown out the noise with something respectful.
