Has anyone managed to contact the sales centre at all this week? I have called around 20 times each day including bang on 9 o clock only to have a recording say that the lines are maxed out and the call is being terminated. I appreciate that they are busy but surely in this day and age they should be able to handle the number of calls.

I got through after over a week trying twice a day. Was on hold for over 40 minutes but did get through eventually. Nightmare.

I emailed them and asked them if they could either sort by email, or call me back.

Glad to see that throughout a period of ridiculous progression as a club the ticket office and sales is still in the 90's

No. We had email in the 90s. These ****s are still waiting on the arrival of their brand new fax machine and rumours are abound of a possible cordless telephone....

I had the same problem a couple of weeks back. In the end I selected some obscure option from the recorded menu (option 4 or something) and told them I couldn’t get hold of ticket office despite numerous efforts. In the end he sorted it out for me regarding my season ticket.

I gave up yesterday after probably 20 attempts. This morning I managed to get into the queue at first attempt. After 45 minutes my call was answered but I missed it.
