Seen Neilsen for the first time on Sat. and you could tell he's been coached by Douglas from his performance. does not inspire me at all.

Reminds me of both Henderson & Douglas the way he flaps at the ball on crosses. Thought he was slow getting down to the ball, couple of times didn't think he was going to get there.

he'll be alright when he's been taken through the Rab Douglas coaching guide. he'll pay particular attention to page 23 which states "when an opposition winger plays a cross into the box either:

a) run and attempt to catch the ball. if you miss turn around and bollock the nearest defender for putting you off. if you catch it, see section D.

b) stand on your line and hope to hell that the ball is cleared.

c) play so crap that you don't get picked and never get into that situation.

Section D

Ask for a pay rise and stay at the club for as long as you can.
