Paul Scholes has retired from international football from today!!!!!!!!

never performed is a bit harsh. He played well at Euro 2004 and up until about 18 months ago was world class.

scholes was a good player, very good, didn't score that many later on but was still very good, and frightened defences, would like to see him back in the england!
