Short goal kick from Pressman to Makin... inside to Darwin (Keown)... short pass into midfield to Nalis... he runs forward but is tackled and the ball runs away from him but is picked up by Gemmill... he plays it wide to Scowy... back inside to Nalis who's shot from 24 and a half yards out is deflected off Taggart's ample derriere high up into the air... as it bounces down Dublin goes to head it towards goal but is unable to muster the strength to raise his feet off the ground... a stoke player half hooks it clear on the volley where it is chested down by Heath who controls it and takes it through the heart of the open Stoke defence... and shoots straight at the keeper from 9 yards out in the centre of the area... the rebound is pounced upon by Connolly who's instant shot crashes against the crossbar... as it bounces down on the goal-line it is palmed away by a stretching Stoke keeper... straight to Heath who, as the ball slowly soars over his head, reaches back his left foot... and returns it, over his head, into the open goal...
