Anyway, RM is the chap that scouts potential players and makes recommendations to Steve Walsh who then gives them the thumbs up/down for NP. So he was the one that brought players like Mahrez and Kramaric to our attention, scouting them well before Steve Walsh knew who they were.

Anyway, Spurs have nabbed him from us so he's a gone.

There is a whole team of analysts, he was essentially the head. I wouldn't worry too much about losing the personnel rather losing a set of targets. His advice is largely based on statistics, we still have scouts which go to watch his recommendations etc.

More the fool him with Spurs' constant personnel changes.
