I would prefer arsenal in the semi's then Man utd, i would hate to get knocked out by f :smt013 t!!

I don't think Webbo's seen a semi for some time, so he must be excited.....

Can't see Forest beating Spurs, let alone Newcastle.
I think It'll go like this:

Code:
Arsenal/Sheff Utd------)
                       } Bolton--------)
Bolton-----------------) )
                                       } Newcastle-----)
Newcastle--------------) ) )
                       } Newcastle-----) )
Spurs/Forest-----------) )
                                                       } Leicester
Blackburn/Burnley------) )
                       } Leicester-----) )
Leicester--------------) ) )
                                       } Leicester-----)
Southampton/Brentford--) )
                       } Man Utd-------)
Man Utd----------------)

God that took ages! Bloody hope it's worth it! Prophetically that is. :D

We should get into the semis, Burnley or Blackburn aren't too tough. :|

We've picked one of the better draws IMO. :D

:smt007 :smt007 FA Cup!! :smt007 :smt007

Just heard a good point on the moan in (shock horror). Apparently if we get through to the semis along with man u arsenal and Newcastle, and they all qualify for Europe through the league, then we will be in the uefa cup! I'm sure this is correct as Millwall qualified for the uefa cup for getting to the final as man u were in the champions league, so surely this would mean if man u and arsenal were in the champions league and Newcastle were in the uefa then so would we :-D correct me if I’m wrong though

Not sure about the above scenario. :-? :-? :-?

Come off it Scarbo - the cup is as good as ours! :D

FA of course!

Not to put a bit too much of a downer on things we've got the burnley rematch on the tuesday before. It could work against us.

5th March - Forest (H)
8th March - Burnley (A)
12th/13th March - Blackburn/Burnley (A) *
15th March - Watford (A)
18th March - West Ham (A)

* Derby (H) to be rearranged.

If you have a look at April as well it's pretty congested.

5 home ties and 2 away.
:-?

So what's it to be Cup or League?

If I had to choose... we'll do both

promotion was always a long shot from the very beginning of the season and it doesn't seem (realistically) any closer. Even so if we wer eloitering in 7th I'd still pick the FA Cup over the league. It's more prestigous!
I've said beofre the team needs another seson before promotion to gel before it can even think of survivng in the premiership.
We're never going to get relegated, we'll finish top 10, the team will be stronger next season, we'll walk the league and a good cup run can only do positive things for both team and fan morale.

The FA Cup all the way

By the way i'm not saying we'll get to the final, but I think Semi's is a more than realistic scenario at the moment. after that who knows what the magic of the cup can hold for LCFC and their fans

Perhaps we could field nearly 2 different teams:

FA Cup:
Walker
Maybury Dabizas Dublin Stewart
Hughes
Gillespie Williams Joey Tiatto
MDV

league:
Walker
Stearman Heath Dabizas/Dublin Stewart
Canero Nalis Gemmill Dawson Connolly
Wright
