We do things arse about face when it comes to food. Breakfast should be the biggest and best meal of the day with a dinner at the proper time and a light snack in the evening.

Instead we miss out brekkie altogether, have a sarnie at midday and a great big meal before going to bed on a full and uncomfortable stomach.

No Beans or hash browns got to be black pudding and Bubble n Squeak.

Fills you up like a champion.

Usually no time so a quick bacon cob and a brew.

Workers need their sleep, it's precious.

If you have time to get up and start cooking before you go to work, you are not working hard enough. If you have the energy to get up earlier, then you are still not working hard enough.
