I can’t say that I’m any more knowledgeable for having read it, but I guess it might mean something to someone?
Doesn't it just say that the EFL have to be involved at every stage in any further negotiations and that the administrator can't do it alone?
 
EFL fixtures are out next week so they have to resolve the situation PDQ.

Just bin 'em and be done with it.
 
Proper grim for them. football finances and control needs a proper overhaul....Unfortunately while Liverpool and Man City etc get to euro finals it's never going to happen.
 
The one bright point for them last season has jumped ship... it's like a giant heap of shit that just keeps getting piled on and nobody wants to do anything about it.
 
I wonder if he’ll get a job at a higher level? It’s hard to judge the job he did at Derby. In many ways he had nothing to lose.

Watford will be looking for a new manager by the end of August, they are in a division higher than Derby.
