Speed Issues

Hi Jeff I have noticed some slowdown when posting on both phone and laptop, on different wifi networks. Is this something specific to my technology, or are others seeing it - and if so is it because there are some new safety-type functions running?

It isn't significant - maybe 2-5 seconds of the orange bar over the top rather than instant - but it may signal a bigger problem elsewhere?

It's something I've noticed too, it's been happening on and off for a few weeks. I don't know what's causing it, but I plan to move the site to a new server soon so hopefully that will fix it.

Same here.

Always gets me a little excited that Rodgers has been sacked and there’s loads of traffic on the site.

Done that, and installed the latest version of the forum software.

Might need to do some adjustments to the server in the next couple of days, so there may be more brief periods of downtime.
