Under 19000 at yesterdays game. Why:102: City started poorly with two defeats, but the general shape of the season will not take place until 8 or 10 games have been played. This is a worrying pattern at many championship clubs. Leeds had 22k yesterday, thus Elland Road was nearly half empty. Sunderland also had a very poor crowd. Have clubs hiked the prices up too much or are we all suffering a world cup hangover? Do Leicester city need to do more to entice the stay away fans or is it beyond the clubs control and the fact is that people are having to tighten their belts

It's all wrong though MHS once LCFC is in your blood you should show loyalty, even if we dropped down to league 1 or 2 I know that my mates (London Branch) and I would still pay the club our coffers to come and watch the boys in blue.

3 of my old mates had season tickets when we were in the Prem. They didn't renew them when we went down because they didn't want to pay to watch shit teams.

This is my first season ticket, I can guarantee it won't be my last.

I used to go with My mum, sister and 2 of my mates. Now both my mates have stopped getting season tickets. 1 of them because he couldn't afford it and the other for the same reason you stated above MHS.

I would have liked to go but I'm afraid paying for my children to go as well it is too expensive to do every week.

It said in the Sunday Times that the crowd against ipswich was the lowest ever for a league game at the Walkers.:010: Let's just hope this is as low as it gets.

I had a season ticket the previous 3 seasons. I didn't renew this season for a number of reasons... the crapness of the football being one but not the major reason. The major reason was it was taking too much time and too much money to continue going to every game. For me it was a 100 mile round trip to each game and for my boyfriend it was a 240 mile round trip.
Maybe I will be inspired to get a season ticket again but I don't honestly know at this point in time

What's this about paying to watch the other team. You pay to watch Leicester!!

As far as I know Banbury has always been about 50 miles from Leicester and it still is. If it was 50 miles away when you first bought a season-ticket, how can that be the reason you stopped getting one?

A 100 mile round trip would surely equal 50 miles each way?

The point Mr Boc is making that it's always been that distance, why is it too far now when it wasn't previously.

Ok;)

I would love to be able to go as a season ticket holder but unfortunately travelling from Belfast every game would tend to be a tad expensive... i odnt do bad though as it goes...

Not too many away games this end of the spectrum either...
