Stars in the Lower Leagues

I have a friend(ex pro footballer) and Port Vale fan who keeps me informed of any decent players he spots while watching his team. I remember him many years ago telling me of a 16/17 year old Antony Gardener, whos not made it yet at Spurs but nevertheless a top player. He reckons he saw one the best prospects in years on Saturday, playing for Bournmouth. His name is Spicer, a tall young midfielder released by Arsenal (made me wonder why Keown didnt tip us off on his ability/availability. I shall be monitoring his progress.
Anymore to look for?
Im sure CL's got Scotland covered, i was hoping Kelly may have come up with some(maybe he spotted the Bury youngster we had on trial)

Youngsters

CheersMB anything i hear up here in the NW i shall let you know, there are some very good Under 9's in my sons league but they have all been snapped up by Man U, which didnt please Blackpool!!

What I find fustrating, especially at the moment when we need a Centre back who is young and decent, is that we had Youl Mawene on trial at the beginning of pre season but Adams allowed him to move on where he joined Preston and has been an absolute revelation, and we could have had him for free ! But I have complete faith in CL and am in no doubt that if there are any decent young players plying there trade in any division then CL would be interested, if he felt they would improve the squad.

Just been speaking to a lad from Bornmouth and he says Spicer wins them games and plays like Izzett!! He also said that a few top teams also are looking at him.
