And not to forget he may just have had a bad game.

I said 2 weeks ago that we should we should sell him if we got the chance, to which the reply was he will be worth a lot of money next season, all the premiership big boys are after him.

Well, if this is still the case, lets support the lad and lets hope it was just a one off bad game.

It is now Kellys job to look after Stearman and develop him professionally, he looks like he could run off the rails fairly easily and needs strict discipline.

Lets hope Kelly has got the professionalism to do this off the pitch and not on it. To elaborate, I mean he shouldn't just drop him as punishment for a bad game, he should be encouraged and nurtured on and off the pitch, and have a rocket up his arse off it.

The foul throw was because he took it from the wrong place - the ref had just blown to tell him to move back.
