Celtic counterpart Gordon Strachan tried to deflect criticism of Balde, saying: "Everybody has been quite emotional, what with the boy having had a broken leg. We're all disappointed about that, but I think it's best we be careful about what we say.

"I knew it could have been a broken leg as soon as it happened so we wish the guy a quick recovery, but now we have to get on with it."

Disappointed? You complete fecking idiot.

How about you and that ****wit balde apologise to the kid :icon_evil

I like to think if it was MON still in charge at Celtic then Balde would have apologised by now but Strachan is like his mentor Ferguson he'll always side with his players.

while i agree that incident has overshadowed the game and quite rightly so, i do think though it does depend on the players involved in these things for example if it were roy keane doing it to shearer would we be all as upset - no we wouldnt really but because it was one of our own there is an uproar, yes it didnt appear to be the greatest tackle but i really dont think there was any intent either it was just terrible bad luck how it turned out - im not condoning what happened but these things can happen its unfortunate.....:102: :icon_sad:

You're dead right YV, but GS's lukewarm response is still pathetic all things considered.

I think whether there was intent or not Balde should have the integrity to come out and apologise. He seems to show no remorse at all which I don't think shows him in a very good light.

thats true i think celtic are playing leeds next he might get a taste of his own medicine :102:

Strachan just a twat, always has been as a player, as a guy, as a manager.

i wouldn't expect an apology hes just an ignorant ****.

In the same context I would expect Levein to say the same thing.

Not even 24hrs have gone by. I would expect Balde to apologise to Wesolowski, which I think some of the Celtic fans have said he did on the pitch, I am sure he will in time either publicly or in private.
