At the welford junction....which means they have only just got onto the a14...could be a delayed kick off!

They can't get to Welford - they're stuck in the traffic.

I used to travel to Norwich & Ipswich on business

I would always drive down the night before, as the drive was always long & unpredictable... tractors losing a tyre, herds of sheep blocking the road etc

I cant belive a top tier club would expect players to sit through a 3 hours coach ride and get off the other end and be in peak condition to play a football match???

I f I was NP, i'd have driven down from Leicester last night, stopped in Bury St Edmunds for a pub crawl & a kebab with some travelling City fans, then crashed in a B&B in Ipswich for the night

At least if they lost the game, they'd have had a good crack & 'team-building exercise'

Stringer said about 30 minutes ago that Hobbs and Waghorn were standing on the half-way line reading the programme - so, at least some of them are there.

Damn horse! Don't know why they had to wait for a vet, the police there must've had a rifle or gun in their car or summat........

3 fire engines, one with a lift/crane thing on the back, several cop cars, a paramedic, an ambulance and over 2 hours later and we finally get moving!

The A14 is a sh1t road. Badly designed and badly built. Was once caught in traffic for six hours between J1 and the M6/M1 and missed a job. The police did feck all to re-open it! Cost me a lot of money/
