I keep getting an email telling me that someone's posted in a thread I've subscribed to, I've unsubscribed and it keeps sending it through

My email automatically downloads every 2 mins it keeps sending the same email each time, in fact it tries to send it twice and it works first time and times-out the second time

What can I do

What can I do

It sounds like a problem with your email system. Have you got access to a webmail version?
If you have, log in to that and delete the email that's causing the problem.

I agree that it looks like a prob with my email rather than with the site, just can't get it to stop and it's doing my head in
