While looking for some sweets for goody bags for my daughters 10th birthday we found this site http://www.sweetcart.co.uk/index.php and oh boy do they do some sweets you just don't see anymore ,have a look :icon_wink
A Quarter Of is better.
Just a pitty their shipping costs are twice as much.
Neither of them have got any Spangles :icon_sad:
Mmmmmspangles were the ones to be seen with......
and pacers
Mmmmm
Not such a bad thing reallythe selection of sweets to choose from now is not good.
spangles were the ones to be seen with......
Not such a bad thing really
Today's kids would rather eat an apple, or so I'm told :icon_roll
my lads and thier friends seem to do the opposite......
Where as now you are often seen by the quayside with a Fishermans Friend
Same with my youngest.my lads and thier friends seem to do the opposite......
Same with my youngest.
However, my local primary school doesn't allow sweets on the premises and the kids can't take sweets in when it's their birthday any more.
Like I said, I don't necessarily think it's a bad thing, just another tradition that's gone.
I know, these schools should just concentrate on teaching rather than banning what the pupils they can and cannot eat.
