Might be more interesting that the reality that we are about to face...

We've had several TB fantasy leagues in the past. Doesn't need to be set up by a mod though, you can set it up yourself if you want.

When you log in, on the right there should be a link that says 'Create and join leagues'

There should be a link to leagues on the top red bar.

As Macky suggests though, it appears you haven't picked your team yet so cannot join any leagues.

Autoselect a team for now (you can update later), and then you should have full access.
