Don't know and don't care. He told me all his internet access and phone line is out of order, I didn't hear the rest as I dropped my phone whilst I was singing and dancing. :icon_bigg

Has he tried turning it off then on again?
If that doesn't work he needs to hit it in just the right place with a hammer, not too hard though.
and if that doesn't work then it is obviously a virus, without a doubt, most likely one of those viruses you get if you put the speakers too close to the PC, or the CPU as it is known to the technically redundant. or is it CUP?
Other than that it is obviously his ISPs fault who are in league with BT to stop him accessing the interweb because that is what they do for a living.
