I've never given a toss about cricket before and never watched an ashes series, but I have to admit I've getting into this one.

Difficult to compare ashes series, but it's the one I'm enjoying the most Durham.

From what i can remember of the the 1981 series ( Bothams Ashes) this one is now better. The game everyone remembers from that era was fantastic, but todays test cricket moves on so much faster and in the current series i can hardly remember a dull day. Great stuff ,and one good result away from bringing the Ashes home. I don't think the Aussies can believe whats gone on in this series. Mc Grath predicted 5-0 at the start, now they are praying for a draw.

i read that in the express :icon_lol: just superb, i think before the series started everyone had the Aussies as by far the best team in the world and England as run away second best, not to sure where we stand now

I think even if we win the ashes, we will be the second in the official world rankings as the aussies ahve built up a sizeable first place over a number of years.

However if we do win the ashes then we will al know the truth.
WE WILL BE THE BEST TEAM IN THE WORLD!!
