I think Rebekah is far too intelligent to swallow that load of old bollocks. One of the reasons English footy never moves forward is that too few players are prepared to leave their well-rewarded comfort zones to become better players abroad. Vards could do a Gerry Hitchens with Atletico and I would encourage him to take the chance if it's there for him.

Not to mention that when Dad is earning £7million+ a year, the kids education and future is very easy to look after.
I love Vardy, but when he goes I'd much rather it were for an adventure like this than to Everton or Arsenal for a bit more cash, or back to Stocksbridge because we've held on to him for far too long.

IMHO, the successes far outweigh the bad signing. Also, Walsh was supposedly instrumental in helping to bed players. A well handled Slimani and Musa could have been have come up good.
With Macia supposedly on his way to West Ham, I'd rather have Walsh handling signings over Rudkin, whatever involvment he may have.
